They are always very helpful with making sure that you have exactly what is needed. I have never needed to return an item because they make sure you have the right thing the first time. Once we bought a filter and the manufacturer didn’t put a part in the box. We didn’t understand what was going on, but called into Flohr Pools and they had it figured out and made it right quick.
