I just recently purchased a spa and Kim Heck was lucky enough to be working that day. Sadly for her, I was full of questions. I had owned a different brand spa in past years & I needed to understand the differences. She was awesome!  She giggled and was very friendly, made me feel like we were long time friends. She took the time to explain each and every concern I had.  We discussed my needs/wants in a spa & she pointed out which ones would give me the best dollar value. She was patient, very positive and made the purchase fun. She kept me informed on delivery & once set up was complete, she came out and gave me a hands on demo on my responsibilities. Kim is such a super person to work with & I would recommend her to anyone. She even followed up with a call to see if I was enjoying it!  I am highly impressed ????
