Went to Flohr pools in Martinsburg WV to attempt to purchase a part for my DE above ground pool filter. I could not find this part at any other pool stores in the area nor did they even know what part I was talking about. Josh at Flohr pools in Martinsburg WV is very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to get me the part I needed. I have not experienced that kind of customer service in a long time. His efforts to accommodate me with the part I needed was so greatly appreciated and speaks highly of his character.
