We recently purchased a Caldera Kauai Hot Tub from Flohr Pools in Martinsburg, WV. Travis was very helpful explaining the various models. The sale process was easy and painless. Travis then coordinated delivery and installation via a Flohr Pools team, who were very professional and placed the new hot tub exactly where we wanted on our rear concrete patio. Finally, Travis communicated with Craig of Craig’s General Contracting and Electrical, who expertly connected the hot tub to our electrical panel and tested the hot tub. Despite COVID and freezing winter conditions, Flohr Pools provided awesome service and support!
